Computational Identification of miRNAs and Temperature-Responsive lncRNAs From Mango (Mangifera indica L.)

Mango is a major tropical fruit in the world and known as king of fruits because its flavor, aroma, taste, nutritional values. Although various regulatory roles microRNAs (miRNAs) long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been investigated many plants, there yet an absence such study mango. This first to provide information on (ncRNAs) mango with aims identifying miRNAs lncRNAs discovering their potential functions by interaction prediction miRNAs, lncRNAs, target genes. In this analysis, about hundred over 7,000 temperature-responsive were identified genes these ncRNAs characterized. According results, newly ncRNAs, like other plant role biological metabolic pathways including growth developmental process, pathogen defense mechanism, stress-responsive process. Moreover, can reduce stability function molecular decoys or sponges miRNAs. paper would help for further investigation specific through wet lab experiments.
